We connect motivated youths, students, graduates, and volunteers with traineeship and job opportunities across East Africa. We help you gain practical experience in agriculture, with placements in Horticulture (both greenhouse and open field), Crop (coffee, tea, sugar, banana), and Animal (poultry, piggery, dairy and beef, goat and sheep farm). We provide you with contract preparation, travel arrangement, and continuous assistance throughout your stay, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience.
For commercial farms, agro-processors, and agricultural enterprises requesting skilled youth for internships or farm hand placements.
